These terms cover your use of sniv at sniv.social. By signing in, you agree to them.

What sniv does

sniv reads a brand from the outside, from public data, and names the one thing that holds it back. A report is an outside view. It can miss things that only the owner can see.

Your account

• You need an account to run a read.
• You get 1 free read a day with your account.
• You are responsible for what you do with your account.

Credits and payment

• 1 credit costs $1. Credits do not expire.
• A full report costs 19 credits. A re-read costs 9. A rival comparison costs 3.
• We hold the credits when a paid read starts. If we cannot read a platform, 3 credits for that platform return to you straight away.
• The checkout provider processes payments. Taxes can apply.
• Opening, sharing and downloading a report that you own cost nothing.

Fair use

• Use sniv for lawful purposes.
• Do not try to read private data, or to get past the limits of sniv.
• Do not use sniv to harass a person.
• Do not resell the service. You may share your own reports.

Opt out

The owner of a public account can ask us to stop reading it. Use the opt-out page.

No guarantee

We work to keep sniv correct and available. We do not promise that every read will succeed or that a report will raise your sales. sniv is not legal, financial or professional advice.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are liable only up to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We can change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. If you keep using sniv, you accept the new terms.
